The absolute best customer service and technicians! My rental company was slow to take action but I knew once they got the work order over to Fast Response that I was in great hands! They never disappoint!

I did a claim through my home warranty company which used this company to rectify my plumbing needs. My tenant had a semi flooding emergency before the holidays and we were given an estimate date of a week later. I called the company and explained I had tenants in the home with children. The rep took my info and said they’d try to squeeze me in sooner. Later turned out to be the next day and the service was top notched! I appreciate this business for customer service friendly, professionalism and empathy to help their customers as soon as possible! Notify the company Monday of my issues based on your schedule they could not come until Wednesday morning but they showed up on time, the gentleman called to notify me ahead of time that they were on the way, and they were very professional. They looked at the whole problem and went to work. Took about an hour to fix my problems maybe an hour and a half and then they checked it out to make sure everything is working properly and headed out. I strongly recommend this company as a possibility for future work I will certainly use.
